º Previa autorización del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, podrán practicar Validaciones de Grados completos los establecimientos educativos donde los estudiantes vayan a continuar sus estudios sólo para atender los siguientes casos: 1 Por tranferencia de alumnos provenientes de establecimientos educativos no aprobados pero que acrediten licencia de iniciación de labores. 2. Quienes hayan realizado estudios en el exterior, deseen continuarlos en Colombia y tengan uno o varios grados no cursados, o los certificados que acrediten no estén debidamente legalizados.
