Aplicación de normas. Sin perjuicio de las normas especiales definidas en este decreto y de aquellas de carácter general que expida la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia en su desarrollo, de manera supletiva se aplicarán las disposiciones que rigen a los sistemas de negociación o registro, así como las normas aplicables a la negociación, compensación y liquidación de valores.
