° Terminado el período constitucional, los Presidentes de la República, elegidos por voto popular, continuarán disfrutando, en la medida que lo juzguen necesario, de los servicios de un Edecán Militar, que será un Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares, en servicio activo cuyas funciones serán reglamentadas por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
