º . Beneficiarios . Serán beneficiarios del subsidio de vivienda de que trata el artículo 12 de la Ley 708 de 2001, los grupos familiares que, en su calidad de arrendatarios afectados por el sismo del 25 de enero de 1999, y que no siendo propietarios o poseedores de lotes de terreno en dicha fecha, recibieron subsidio para vivienda de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar a través de la Junta Administradora del Fideicomiso Focafé y del Fondo para la Reconstrucción y Desarrollo Social del Eje Cafetero (Forec).
