Los funcionarios del Ministerio Público, previstos en el Decreto 1698 de 1964, podrán tomar posesión de sus cargos a partir del 15 de julio de 1965. Las normas sobre vigilancia judicial y sanciones disciplinarias contenidas en el referido Decreto, entrarán en vigencia el 15 de julio de 1965, y sólo a partir de esa fecha operará la supresión de cargos prevista en el artículo 69 del mismo Decreto.
