ARTICULO 47 . SUSPENSION POR PETICION JUDICIAL. El Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, a solicitud de autoridad competente, suspenderá transitoriamente en el ejercicio de sus funcionarios y atribuciones a los funcionarios del Instituto.
