º A partir del 1º de enero de 1993, los valores señalados en los artículos 1º y 3º de este Decreto, se incrementarán en el mismo porcentaje del índice de precios al consumidor del año calendario inmediatamente anterior y se seguirán ajustando automáticamente cada año y en la misma fecha. Si al efectuar el cálculo resultaren fracciones de centena, el valor se ajustará al múltiplo de cien más cercano. Los nuevos valores serán determinados mediante resolución, por el Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad.
