Deberes de los servidores públicos que se encuentren en condición de protección especial. Los servidores públicos que les falten tres (3) años o menos para reunir los requisitos legales para el reconocimiento de la pensión de jubilación o de vejez, así como aquellos que cuenten con algún tipo de condición de protección especial, deberán cumplir con sus responsabilidades y funciones establecidas en la normatividad vigente.
