Art. 147. En todo caso pueden remitirse los autos, á pedimento de parte, por medio de expresos ó correos extraordinarios costeados por ella, siempre que éstos sean á satisfacción del Juez remitente, y se despachen por conducto de la Administración respectiva conforme á las Leyes y reglamentos de correos.
