Serán de cargo de los Notarios los gastos de prestación y mantenimiento de servicios, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 13 de la Ley 1ª de 1962. Las Notarias funcionaran en locales seguros, apropiados a su función y de fácil acceso al público. La Superintendencia Nacional de Notariado y Registro pondrá especial cuidado en el cumplimiento de esta disposición y calificara si se reúnen las anteriores condiciones.
