Registro de cuentas bancarias de beneficiarios. Las entidades y órganos deberán registrar previamente en el SIIF Nación, la cuenta bancaria a través de la cual efectuarán el pago de las obligaciones reconocidas a favor de cada beneficiario, para que sean prenotificadas a través del sistema Cenit del Banco de la República. Dicha cuenta se requerirá para el cumplimiento del acto administrativo que afecte las apropiaciones presupuestales. El Comité Directivo del SIIF Nación reglamentará el procedimiento y los requisitos para el registro de las cuentas bancarias en el SIIF Nación. (Art. 17 Decreto 2674 de 2012)
