Artículo único . Autorízase a la Asamblea del Departamento del Norte de Santander para ordenar la venta del lote de terreno cedido por la Nación, según la Ley 8.ª de 1911, siempre que su producto se invierta en la adquisición de otro terreno que tenga mejores condiciones, el cual sea destinado única y exclusivamente para levantar en él el Palacio para la Gobernación a que en dicha Ley se hace referencia.
