La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia verificará la sujeción de los respectivos contratos a lo previsto en este decreto, al aprobar las pólizas de seguros que emitan las entidades aseguradoras de vida que cuenten con autorización para la explotación de los ramos de seguros previsionales de invalidez y sobrevivientes y de pensiones.
