Las Nuevas Escuelas Normales Superiores deberán crear mecanismos de participación de estudiantes, docentes, familias, comunidades y autoridades territoriales, que fortalezcan el control social, el diseño curricular, contextualizado y la planeación participativa de sus proyectos pedagógicos y de investigación, de conformidad con la autonomía institucional y las políticas educativas nacionales.
