Art. 1.° El pié de fuerza en tiempo de paz, en el próximo año económico, será hasta de mil doscientos veinte i cinco hombres de tropa, con los respectivos Jefes i Oficiales, i se distribuirá i situará del modo i en los puntos que estime conveniente el Poder Ejecutivo, avisándolo previamente al Jefe del Estado a que fuere destinada.
