Esta ley rige seis (6) meses después de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga el artículo 50 de la Ley 546 de 1999 y la lista a cargo de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio de que tratan los artículos 60 y sucesivos de la Ley 550 de 1999 , así como todas las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
