Posesión. Antes de entrar a ejercer el cargo los Directores, el Gerente General, los Subgerentes de Casa Principal y los Gerentes y Subgerentes de las Regionales y Sucursales de la Caja, o quienes hagan sus veces, tomará posesión de sus cargos ante el Superintendente Bancario, o en su defecto, ante la autoridad competente, de conformidad con las normas sobre el particular.
