" Art. 1° Derógase la Resolución sobre suspensión de juicios de policía de carácter contencioso á que se ha aludido; en consecuencia, tales juicios seguirán su curso legal desde la publicación de este Decreto, ya hubieren sido iniciados con anterioridad á aquella Resolución, ya se les inicie de ahora en adelante.
