Articulo 23. Las votaciones pricipiarán a las ocho (8) de la mañana y se cerraran a las cuatro (4) de la tarde. Si no principiaren a las ocho, la mesa funcionará ocho (8) horas seguidas, contadas desde el aviso o señal de apertura. Los responsables de la demora serán sancionados con multa de cincuenta pesos ($ 50.00), que impondrá el Registrador Municipal o su Delegado.
