Vacantes de las Juntas. Se estimará que ha renunciado al cargo el miembro de la Junta Directiva o de una Junta Administradora Local que se abstenga, sin motivo legítimo, de concurrir a tres sesiones consecutivas. De ellos se dará cuenta al Ministro de Obras Públicas con el fin de asegurar su reemplazo para el resto del periodo. CAPITULO V Gerentes de los Puertos.
