En Las Capitales De Departamento Donde Existan O Puedan Existir Varias Asociaciones Regionales De Ingenieros O De Arquitectos, Estas Decidirán Entre Sí Cual De Ellas Será La Representativa Del Gremio En El Respectivo Consejo Profesional Seccional De Ingeniería Y Arquitectura, Designación Que Se Hará Por Un Período De Dos (2) Años

En las capitales de Departamento donde existan o puedan existir varias asociaciones regionales de Ingenieros o de Arquitectos, estas decidirán entre sí cual de ellas será la representativa del gremio en el respectivo Consejo Profesional Seccional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, designación que se hará por un período de dos (2) años.

Parágrafo

Cada nueva asignación de representante deberá recaer en el presidente de una asociación regional distinta a la representada en el periodo inmediatamente anterior, si la hubiere.
