El acto administrativo que disponga el traslado deberá señalar el término para cumplir el mismo, el cual no podrá exceder los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a su comunicación, término que podrá prorrogarse por una sola vez hasta por la mitad del señalado inicialmente. Este acto no es susceptible de recursos por la vía gubernativa.
