ARTICULO 18. La Caja de Crédito está autorizada para importar los elementos necesarios para las obras a que se refieren la Ley 103 de 1958 y el presente Decreto, tales como bombas, líneas de transmisión, compuertas, motores, etc., previo el visto bueno del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, libres de impuestos que graven tales importaciones, según lo establecido en el artículo 13 de la Ley 103 de 1958.
