Artículo sesenta y cinco. Presentada en tiempo la demanda de casación, la Sala resolverá si se ajusta a los requisitos exigidos en el artículo 63. Si así lo hallare, dispondrá que se corra traslado de ella a quienes no sean recurrentes, por quince días a cada uno, para que formulen sus alegatos. Si la demanda no reúne los requisitos legales, o no se presentare en tiempo, se declarará desierto el recurso.
