°. Daño ambiental y territorial. Se produce un daño ambiental y territorial cuando por razón de los hechos victimizantes a que se refiere el artículo 3° de este decreto, se afectan los ecosistemas naturales, la sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad del territorio de las comunidades. La restauración del entorno natural y la adopción de medidas para su protección serán condiciones básicas para garantizar la salvaguarda de la relación indisoluble entre territorio, naturaleza e identidad cultural.
