Consejo Consultivo: Asesorar al Procurador General en el estudio, formulación y revisión de programas. Estará integrado por el Secretario General, los Procuradores Delegados y el Procurador Auxiliar. El Procurador General convocará y presidirá el Consejo Consultivo y podrá invitar a sus sesiones al Ministro de Justicia, a exProcuradores Generales, a Procuradores de Distrito y a jefes de organismos cuyas funciones estén relacionadas con el Ministerio Público, así como a expertos cuyas opiniones juzgue útiles en las deliberaciones.
