Articulo 6° Los Almacenes Generales de Depósito deberán otorgar una caución de $ 5.000, en documentos de crédito público, a favor de la Superintendencia Bancaria, como garantía de su solvencia y de las condiciones de seguridad de sus edificios y bodegas. Esta caución podrá aumentarse por el Superintendente, en vista del volumen anual de.los negocios.
