Article 49

De Los Requisitos Para Ingresar Al Sistema Son Requisitos Generales Para El Ingreso Al Sistema; A) Reunir Las Calidades Y Los Requerimientos Que La Constitución De La Ley Y El Manual Descriptivo De Empleo, Establezcan; B) Ser Nombrado Por Autoridad Competente Mediante El Cumplimiento De Las Formalidades Legales; C) Tomar Posesión Del Cargo Dentro Del Término Fijado Por La Ley Y Con El Lleno De Los Requisitos Establecidos: D) Prestar Juramento De Respetar, Cumplir Y Hacer Cumplir La Constitución Y Las Leyes, Y Desempeñar Fielmente Las Funciones Inherentes Al Cargo

De los requisitos para ingresar al sistema Son requisitos generales para el ingreso al Sistema

Reunir las calidades y los requerimientos que la Constitución de la Ley y el Manual Descriptivo de Empleo, establezcan;

Ser nombrado por autoridad competente mediante el cumplimiento de las formalidades legales;

Tomar posesión del cargo dentro del término fijado por la Ley y con el lleno de los requisitos establecidos:

Prestar juramento de respetar, cumplir y hacer cumplir la Constitución y las leyes, y desempeñar fielmente las funciones inherentes al cargo.
