El diploma que acredita el otorgamiento de la medalla Militar "Campaña del Sur", lleva las firmas del Presidente, Vicepresidente y Secretario del Consejo de la Medalla, debe ser elaborado en papel cartulina o pergamino blanco, de treinta y cinco (35) centímetros de largo por veinticinco (25) centímetros de ancho, con el escudo del Comando General en colores en la parte superior y con la siguiente leyenda: El Consejo de la Medalla Medalla Militar “Campaña del Sur” Certifica: Que el señor ____________________________________________________________________ De Acuerdo al Acta No. _______________ suscrita por los oficiales que lo integran, le otorga la Medalla Militar “Campaña del Sur” Categoría Única En reconocimiento y testimonio al planeamiento, apoyo, desarrollo y ejecución de operaciones militares en el sur del país.
