ARTICULO 1o. Supresión. - Suprímase la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico "FOCINE", constituida como una sociedad con participación exclusiva de entidades públicas del orden nacional, sometida al régimen de empresa industrial y comercial del Estado de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 4o. del Decreto Ley 130 de 1976, y organizada de acuerdo con lo previsto en los decretos 3137 de 1979, 319 de 1983, 592 y 593 de 1988.
