La solicitud para que se declare si debe o no cumplirse una sentencia de Tribunal extranjero, se presenta a la Corte Suprema salvo que, conforme a los respectivos tratados, deba conocer del asunto otro Juez.

Si la sentencia no está en castellano, el peticionario debe exhibir con ella una traducción obtenida en forma legal.
