Guías y protocolos. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social actualizará las guías para la atención de la mujer maltratada y del menor de edad maltratado, contenidas en la Resolución 412 de 2000 o las normas que la modifiquen o sustituyan. De igual forma, es el competente para actualizar el Modelo y Protocolo de Atención Integral en Salud a Víctimas de Violencia Sexual, adoptado mediante la Resolución 459 de 2012 del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
