Los bienes, derechos, valores y acciones que por leyes o por decretos del Gobierno Nacional o por cualquier otro título pertenecieron a los extinguidos Estados Soberanos, continuarán siendo propiedad de los respectivos Departamentos. Exceptúanse los inmuebles que se especifican en el Artículo 202 de la Constitución.
