Derógase el artículo 57 del Decreto número 806 de 1905. Quedan en consecuencia, restablecidos los artículos 1408 y 1427 del Código Fiscal, los cuales disponen que las fianzas que otorguen los empleados de manejo deben ser hipotecarias ó prendarías, salvo el caso único de que dichos empleados desempeñen sus cargos interinamente por un término no mayor de cuatro meses.
