Cónyuge beneficiario de la pensión de sobrevivientes por muerte del pensionado. El cónyuge del pensionado que fallezca tendrá derecho a la pensión de sobrevivientes cuando cumpla con los requisitos exigidos por los literales a) de los artículos 47 y 74 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y normas que los modifiquen o adicionen.
