Los Tesoreros que incumplan las obligaciones que les imponen los artículos anteriores, incurrirán en multas de $500.oo por cada infracción, las cuales les serán impuestas por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público de oficio o a solicitud de la Corporación.
