° Los interesados en los préstamos a que se refiere la Ley 1°- de 1967 deberán presentar sus solicitudes a la respectiva institución de crédito, remitiendo copia al "Comité de Coordinación Ciudadana", encargado de dirigir el "Fondo pro-Remodelación de Quibdó. Las solicitudes deberán formularse dentro de los noventa (90) días siguientes a la fecha que señale el Comité. El Comité, por intermedio de su Comité Asesor en Quibdó, y previo estudio de la documentación respectiva, comunicará en cada caso a la entidad crediticia correspondiente, su criterio al respecto.
