Art. 26. Cualquiera de las partes puede pedir la separación del secuestre, siempre que se pruebe sumariamente ineptitud, notable descuido, malversación ó abuso en el desempeño del cargo. Este incidente se sustanciara y decidira como una articulación común y con audiencia del secuestre.
