Composición del Piso de Protección Social . El Piso de Protección Social se encuentra integrado por

1.

El Régimen Subsidiado del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.

2.

El Servicio Social Complementario de Beneficios Económicos Periódicos (BEPS) como mecanismo de protección en la vejez.

3.

El Seguro Inclusivo que amparará al trabajador de los riesgos derivados de la actividad laboral y de las enfermedades cubiertas por Beneficios Económicos Periódicos – (BEPS).

Parágrafo

Los trabajadores dependientes que se vinculen al Piso de Protección Social tendrán acceso al Sistema de Subsidio Familiar, una vez se reglamente.
