De la aprobación previa para la importación de alimentos . El artículo 166 del Decreto 2333 de 1982, quedará así: "Artículo 166. El Ministerio de Salud determinará los requisitos sanitarios para la aprobación de las Licencias de Importación de Alimentos según la naturaleza del producto alimenticio y sus implicaciones de orden sanitario y epidemiológico y podrá delegar ésta a otra entidad que cumpla con las condiciones para este fin".
