º. Actualizaciones. La actualización de la declaración de rentas y bienes y de la actividad económica será presentada por los servidores públicos a mas tardar el último día del mes de febrero de cada anualidad. En caso de retiro, la actualización será cortada en la misma fecha en que se produjo este hecho y deberá ser presentada por el servidor público dentro de los tres días hábiles siguientes.
