En cualquier momento de ejecución de la licencia se podrá renunciar a la misma, dando aviso previo al CNE o el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, según su competencia, entidades que aprobará la renuncia y revocará la licencia una vez verificado el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para el desmonte respectivo.
