El Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, (Coldeportes), velará porque las competiciones se desarrollen en un marco de sana y leal confrontación, libre de ayudas antideportivas; reglamentará los controles al uso de sustancias que produzcan en el deportista resultados artificiales; además, mantendrá actualizada la lista de las sustancias prohibidas y la divulgará.
