Art. 1º. Los cursos que deben hacer los alumnos en las Escuelas Normales de la República, tanto de hombres como de mujeres, para obtener grado de Maestro y terminar su carrera profesional, se harán en cinco años, distribuyéndose las materias correspondientes como se expresa a continuación:
