Legalizarse los gastos hechos por la Tesorería y Oficina Principales de la Administración General de Correos, imputables a los capítulos respectivos en vigencias expiradas de 1920 y 1921, que asciendan a la suma de $570,173-96, gastos emanados de los decretos ejecutivos dictados en desarrollo del ramo Postal, de acuerdo con la Ley 121 de 1919 .
