º. Los funcionarios que ocupan cargos en la Planta de Personal Provisional del Ministerio de Cultura creada mediante el Decreto 1971 de 1997 y sean incorporados a la nueva planta de personal, devengarán el salario les corresponderá en la anterior planta de personal hasta el día que tomen posesión del cargo en la nueva planta que se adopta en el presente decreto.
