Prima semestral. El SENA pagará a cada uno de sus empleados y trabajadores una Prima Semestral, así: Una quincena de salario el último día de junio y otra quincena, en los primeros veinte (20) días de diciembre, a quienes hubieren trabajado o trabajaren todo el respectivo semestre, o proporcionalmente al tiempo trabajado, siempre que hubieren servido por lo menos la mitad del semestre respectivo y no hubieren sido destituidos o despedidos por justa causa. El salario que se toma en cuenta para liquidar esta prima es el que devengue el empleado o trabajador en el momento de hacerse exigible esta prestación.
