° . De la red de donación y trasplante. La Red de Donación y Trasplantes estará estructurada en dos (2) niveles: Nacional y Regional.

Parágrafo

Los Bancos de Tejidos y de Médula Osea y las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud, IPS, que se encuentren habilitadas con programas de trasplante deberán inscribirse ante la sede de la Coordinación Regional de la Red de Donación y Trasplantes de la respectiva jurisdicción, de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos por el Ministerio de la Protección Social.
