Artículo décimo . Para la prestación a los trabajadores del Ferrocarril de servicios que requieran hospitalización, el Ministerio de Higiene podrá contratar con las instituciones hospitalarias y con los médicos que considere conveniente previo acuerdo con el Departamento de Sanidad de Obras Públicas.
