° Las atribuciones de los empleados que se relacionan con las Salinas de Cumaral y Upín, á que se refiere este Decreto, serán: para el Administrador, las determinadas en el Código Fiscal para el Administrador Principal de las Salinas de Zipaquirá y las que en el mismo Código establece su articulo 479 para el Elaborador Oficial; y para los demás empleados regirán las mismas disposiciones señaladas en él Título 4.° á los de igual categoría, en las Salinas de Zipaquirá.
